This seminar introduces students to modern management concepts and how they translate to the Chinese context. By exploring a diverse set of business activities, ranging from marketing to human resource management, students gain insights into a variety of management-related issues. Through interactive sessions, students learn to apply concepts studied in class to analyze the opportunities and challenges encountered by both domestic and international companies doing business in China.
