After a short introduction we will design a microarray layout for profiling a protein and subsequently conduct an array-based binding analysis on printed arrays. The obtained data will be used to propose a binder design that will be used for synthesis and purification. The obtained competitor binder will be used for on-chip-neutralisation as well as biophysical studies. On the 21. Sep each student will present a specific publication (possible JC papers are in the JC folder - presentation is 10 min + 5-10 min discussion)
