    Lecturer: Hans Maric

Contents:  Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) form the molecular basis for most physiological and pathophysiological processes in cells and the human body. This lecture will introduce state-of-the-art methods and technologies for quantifying PPIs and discuss strategies for therapeutic targeting of PPIs.

    Outline:
    • thermodynamics and kinetics of PPIs
    • specific methods for quantifying PPIs
    • limitations and perspectives for targeting PPIs
