What makes people aggressive? How do children become aggressive adults? Why are some people more aggressive than others? How can we control aggression and what can be done to prevent aggression and violence? In this seminar we will discuss and analyze scientific insights concerning these questions and we will design training programs for the reduction of aggression and interpersonal conflict.
