Focus: International Commercial Coontracts

The 2020 Wuerzburg Summer School will focus on International Commercial Contracts. A general course covering primarily Private International Law and International Civil Procedure (Prof. Dr. Eva-Maria Kieninger), will be supplemented
by special lectures on selected subjects such as International Credit and Security (Prof. Dr. Caroline Rupp), International Commercial Arbitration (Prof. Dr. Florian Bien), International Sales Law (Prof. Dr. Olaf Meyer), International Soft Law and
lex mercatoria (Dr. Sören Segger-Piening) and Regulatory Competition in Corporate Law (Prof. Dr. Christoph Teichmann).
