PLEASE NOTE: The first lecture in this course will start on the 27th of April!

In the first part of this course, we will give you an introduction to the
topics and methods of neuroethology of social (and some solitary) insects through a number of online lectures.
In the second part, we will focus on a selected research topic within the
field by reading original research publications together.
This year’s topic is SENSORY ECOLOGY OF ARTHROPODS, which will
highlight fascinating sensory features evolved by arthropods as a response
to their specific environment. We will discuss this topic at different
levels: from neural plasticity to sensory mechanisms to ecological
interactions.
